Do protected and trusted people use the same app?
Yes. The protected person uses Raxha with their iPhone and Apple Watch. Trusted people use the same Raxha app to join the circle and receive updates and alerts.
How do I help someone get started?
Download Raxha and follow the invitation flow in the app. The protected person sets up their iPhone and Apple Watch and reviews the requested permissions. Once you are connected, check the circle and notification settings together.
How do I set up Raxha for myself?
Install Raxha on your iPhone, follow the Apple Watch setup prompts, and review health, location and notification permissions. Invite your trusted people using the app. Follow the readiness and learning guidance shown for your installed version.
Does Raxha need a learning period?
The product is designed around learning a person’s normal patterns. Exact calibration timing and which functions are available during learning are being confirmed for the new version. Follow the status and instructions shown in your app; completing installation is not the same as confirming readiness.

Which devices is Raxha designed for?
Raxha is designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. Check the current App Store listing for software requirements. The detailed list of supported watch models is being confirmed for the new version.
Is Raxha available for Android?
Raxha is currently presented here as an iOS app. Android is part of the proposed roadmap; a confirmed release date has not been announced.
Alerts & responding
What an alert means, and what it does not.
What happens when Raxha detects something unusual?
The supplied product flow includes an alert countdown and an opportunity for the protected person to cancel. If the alert proceeds, the trusted circle and opted-in nearby community responders can be notified. Follow the on-screen instructions for your app version.
What should I understand after an alert is sent?
An alert shares information; it is not confirmation that someone received it, responded or arrived. The protected person can use the status options available in their app to update their circle. Do not assume another person is already responding.
Does Raxha call emergency services?
No. Raxha sends alerts; it does not call 911, 112 or emergency services. If you need emergency services, contact them directly. Raxha Reach is a separate professional response layer in development, not a currently available emergency-service connection.
Does a quiet feed mean everything is fine?
A quiet feed means no update is being shown. It is not, on its own, confirmation of someone’s safety or that monitoring is available. Review device status, permissions and any service messages in the app.
Community responders
Nearby people who choose to help.
What is a community responder?
A community responder is a Raxha user who has opted in to receive nearby alerts and can choose whether to help. Community responders are volunteers, not a guaranteed professional response service. There may be no available responders in an area.
Is the community response coordinated with my circle?
The trusted circle and community responders operate independently. Notification of both groups does not mean they are centrally coordinated or that help has been dispatched.
How can I become a community responder?
Look for community-responder options in your installed app and review the availability and location settings shown there. The exact new-version settings path and a direct opt-in link are being confirmed.
Battery & device status
Keep an eye on readiness, not just the feed.
What happens if the watch is not charged?
Raxha depends on the Apple Watch being worn and charged. Low battery and Low Power Mode can affect monitoring. Exact battery thresholds, suspension notifications and resumption behaviour are being confirmed for the new version; follow the status displayed in your app.

Where can I review location sharing?
Review the location-sharing and circle controls in your installed app. The illustrated website screen includes a location-sharing control, but is not a live account view. The exact new-version settings and visibility rules will be documented after product-team confirmation.
Where can I read about data storage and retention?
The approved Privacy Policy and detailed data-handling information are pending from the team. This guide does not make an unverified promise about storage location, retention or sharing. The final policy will be linked here when it is available.
How do I request account deletion?
Review the account-management options in your installed app. The exact deletion process, retention exceptions and support route are being confirmed before detailed instructions are published here.
